Money is where even the most capable women still doubt themselves.

And most have never had anywhere to properly understand why. Money is still one of the real taboos. We don't talk about what we earn, what we're scared of, or what we secretly believe we're worth.

And in that quiet is the feeling that she's the only one who hasn't got it all figured out.

The gap between the outward capability and the inner doubt gets bigger. And it shows up in under pricing, in staying small, in businesses run more cautiously than they need to be.

This is an guided workshop for women who want a genuine space to start understanding what's really driving their decisions around money, and what to do about it.

Based on individual profiling, the Money Archetypes® framework helps each woman name the pattern and identify new approaches, alongside others doing the same.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Money isn't emotionally neutral for anyone. But women tend to carry it differently, and not by accident.

Most women have never really examined their relationship with money, or had the support to. Yet they're exposed to more complex circumstances and expectations. Paid less for the same work. Told to see fair negotiation as pushy. Watching caring responsibilities cost them. And prioritising themselves feels like an act of greed.

None of that is a personal failing. It's the tide women swim against.

I've spent years watching capable women under price their contribution, carry more than their share, and shrink to make room for everyone else's ambition but their own. I've done this myself.

The result is a set of learned patterns and stories women tell themselves about money and who they are with it. Once those start to change, confidence, decisions, and results follow.

AT the Workshop

Our three hours together are structured into three parts. We'll take a couple of short breaks between each.

Part 1 - Step into money

We start by actually noticing how money feels right now. I'll guide you through one of my most powerful visualisation exercises to help you meet money differently, possibly for the first time. From there, you'll identify a real money challenge you're navigating.

Part 2 - Step into your power

This is where the framework comes alive as I introduce you to the strengths, gifts, and challenges of all eight Money Archetypes®. You'll identify how your dominant Archetype shows up specifically for you, and how it works alongside the others at play in your decisions.

Part 3 - Step into action

Here's where it becomes practical. You'll apply the insights you've gathered so far to identify how to meet the money challenge you identified earlier. You'll leave with something concrete to do, and one belief you're finally putting down, all aligned to your preferences and strengths.

WHAT IT ISN'T

This session is not financial advice or education. I won't tell you where to save, invest, or spend. This is about exploring the psychology of money so you can understand what's driving your decisions - and do something about it. I won't be forcing you to share anything. What you say, and to whom, is always your choice. My workshops are based on principles of confidentiality, honesty, and non-judgement; I expect all participants to uphold these too.

I also run this workshop for professional women's networks, and workforce wellbeing and leadership development communities, coordinated directly between me and your organisation.
