I'm the founder of Moon & Mountain. Most people find me at a crossroads moment. Something isn't working the way it should and they're too close to the problem to figure it out alone.

I've spent over fifteen years working with purpose-driven organisations on strategy, direction, and the human dynamics that shape both. I'm an accredited Money Archetypes coach, one of a small number in the UK, and a qualified leadership coach and mentor.
​
I bring all of this to our collaboration. Because the quality of every decision you make depends on two things: the clarity of your direction and the confidence of the people behind it. Most support only touches one. My work lives in both.

What's different is that I create experiences where people stop going around in circles and start deciding. Where the thing that felt too complicated to untangle becomes the thing you actually resolve.
