I'm the founder of Moon & Mountain. Most people find me at a crossroads moment. Something isn't working the way it should and they're too close to the problem to figure it out alone.
I've spent over fifteen years working with organisations and teams on strategy, direction, and the human dynamics that shape both. I'm an accredited Money Archetypes coach, one of a small number in the UK, and a qualified leadership coach and mentor.
I bring all of this to our work together. Because the quality of every decision you make depends on two things: clarity of direction, and the confidence of the people behind it. Most support only touches one. My work lives in both.
