Fundraising often feels uncomfortable because people don't understand donor psychology in relation to money, or they lack frameworks for confident, authentic asks. This results in missed opportunities and inconsistent results. 

 

Fearless Fundraising is a full-day experience that transforms how your team thinks about money for themselves and their donors, so they can ask with genuine confidence and keep asking without burning out.

The day is structured in two connected halves. The morning focuses inward: each participant discovers their own Money Archetypes, understanding how their personal relationship with money shows up in their work and what's quietly shaping their confidence. The afternoon turns outward: using the Money Archetypes to understand different donor motivations and behaviours, and to determine what this means for how your fundraisers approach, engage, and retain supporters.​

The Money Quest™ helps shift the money blocks that are heightening stress and limiting potential. It's a guided and practical exploration of the patterns at play that helps individuals reach beyond what they thought possible.

  • The Money Quest programme a six-module programme exploring money personality, beliefs, and practical shifts, available as a self-paced programme, group cohort for your team, or as a private 1:1 journey

I'm Holly Dannhauser, founder of Moon & Mountain.

 

I'm an accredited Money Archetypes coach with an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and over 15 years' experience as a healthcare strategist.

​

I've spent my career working with purpose-driven organisations, and I've seen the same pattern everywhere: brilliant teams held back not by a lack of skill or commitment, but by a lack of clarity and an unexamined relationship with money that quietly shapes every decision, every conversation, and every ask.

​

I designed this integrated programme because the solution has to work at every level - not just one group - the whole organisation.

​

I combine strategic expertise with money psychology to create experiences that shift how people think, decide, and act. This isn't generic. It's built around your team, your dynamics, and what will make the biggest difference for you.
